A bit of background: Alex is the one who created Skool, which is a community building platform that used to be $99/month, but he just released a $9/month version. This is great news for podcasters, speakers, coaches and authors who just want a simple and low cost community, course portal and membership delivery platform.

If you want something more comprehensive, I recommend Systeme.io, because it has funnel building, email marketing and lots of features that Skool doesn't have. But Skool is still a very good option if you want a simple solution. There are lots of people who grow communities and make money on that platform, too.

Now, he's written a book about his strategies, and the book launch is worth checking it out.
