Lisa Hill’s 38-year career in education spanned roles as a teacher, counselor, adjunct and clinical professor, mentor, and K12 administrator. She earned degrees from Simpson College, Drake University, and Viterbo University, completing a PhD in Educational Leadership at Iowa State. She worked in five school districts ranging from rural to urban, impacting students and educators alike. Now retired, Lisa—who never planned on working in education—is a podcaster, wife, and proud mother of two.
