We love creating opportunities for meaningful connection and collaboration. To get the most out of this event, please follow the event rules:

Order:

  • Most of our events are for paid members only, but occassionally we have events that are open to everyone. In that case, we will call members up first.

Your Introduction:

  • This event will be an episode that is distributed through our podcast, channels, and socials. But, to be included you must follow the following steps.
  • Please be ready to be on camera in a quiet place. You must be on camera with good sound to be included in the video, so not while driving or anything like that.
  • Each person will get 30-60 seconds to introduce themselves. That’s about 5-7 sentences maximum, depneding on how fast you speak. Include:
  • Your name
  • Name of your business, show or book
  • A very concise but compelling description
  • Where we can find you.
  • Please keep your eye on the clock and make sure it’s under 1 minute. If you go over a minute, we won’t be able to include you in the recording that is distributed through our podcast, channels, and socials. Your intro will be deleted.
  • MENTION ONLY 1 THING! Pick one thing to focus on for the purpose of this event: your podcast, book OR business. You can say I have a book and a podcast that covers [abc] topic, yes tha'ts fine, but don’t do a full intro and then say I also do this [xyz] and then do a 2nd intro. Whatever takes place, it must be under 1 minute, which is about 5 – 7 sentences depending on how fast you speak.

TIPS: If you haven’t done this before, I suggest right now you jot down at least in point form what you would like to say in your intro and make it concise. For more help with crafing a powerful and memorable pitch, go here: Powerful Pitches
